The UK Global Talent Visa: A Comprehensive Guide
Areas of expertise: The UK Global Talent Visa is open to those who can demonstrate leadership or potential leadership in specific sectors like academia or research, arts and culture or digital technology.
Age requirement: An applicant needs to be at least 18 years old.
Endorsement: It is important to obtain an endorsement from an endorsement organisation authorised by the Government of the UK that the applicant is a leader or has the potential to be one. However, if the applicant have won a qualifying award or prizes, they are not required to obtain an endorsement from an endorsing organisation.
Work in the UK: Under the UK Global Talent visa, the applicant can live and work in the UK for up to 5 (five) years continuously. The visa is renewable after 5 (five) years. Each extension can last from 1 (one) to 5 (five) years depending upon your application preference.
Indefinite leave to remain: You may be able to get an indefinite leave to remain so you can settle in the UK after 3 (three) or 5 (five) years.
