In the event that Immigrans Global / https://immigransglobal.com receives a request to disclose any Confidential Information for the reasons specified under the preceding paragraphs, it will, to the extent practicable and if lawfully permitted to do so notify the Client thereof promptly, consult the Client on the advisability of taking steps and if disclosure is required or deemed advisable, cooperate with you in any attempt that you may make to obtain an order or other reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded to designated portions of the Confidential Information. Immigrans Global / https://immigransglobal.com shall be entitled to reimbursement of its expenses, including the fees and expenses of its counsel, in connection with the action taken pursuant to this paragraph.

This Policy may be amended or waived only in writing signed by Immigrans Global / https://immigransglobal.com and you.
